· 2 min read
At checkout you choose how to pay: by card, or by EFT (bank transfer). Both are simple. This is what happens with each.
Paying by card
After you place your order, you are taken to a secure payment page run by Yoco. You enter your card details there, so they never touch our website. As soon as the payment succeeds, you get an email confirming it and we start preparing your order.
Paying by EFT
When you choose EFT, we email you our bank details straight away. Please:
- Pay the exact order total.
- Use your order number as the payment reference (it looks like DF10123). That is how we match your payment to your order.
- Wait for the payment to reflect in our account. We then confirm it by email and start processing.
Your items are set aside for your order while you make the payment.
What if my payment did not go through?
It happens: a card is declined, a banking app times out, or you simply got interrupted. Nothing is lost.
- If you paid by card, we will email you a reminder with a button that takes you back to the payment page for the same order. You do not need to fill everything in again.
- If you chose EFT, we will email you the bank details again as a reminder.
- If you have already paid, please ignore the reminder, and reply to it with your proof of payment so we can check.
You can also stop the reminders at any time with the link at the bottom of each email.
How long until it arrives?
Orders usually take 1 to 3 business days to process before they ship. Delivery times to your area are on our Customer Help page.
