Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on Dealafied.co.za, including items sold directly by Dealafied and items listed by Dealafied on third-party marketplaces such as Bob Shop.
Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via our courier partners. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer and may carry an additional surcharge, which will be shown at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product listing (e.g. pre-order or made-to-order items).

By law, unless a different date was agreed at checkout, we must deliver within 30 days of your order (per the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and Consumer Protection Act). If we cannot meet this, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — terms will be stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your parcel's progress with the courier.
Orders via Bob Shop
If you purchased through our Bob Shop storefront, delivery timelines, courier options, and tracking are managed in line with Bob Shop's platform requirements and Buyer Protection Programme, in addition to this policy. Bob Shop's Buyer Protection covers you if an item never arrives or is materially not as described.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If you're not available to receive your parcel, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave it at a nearby collection point/locker. Repeated failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer may result in additional courier fees.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided.
