Dealafied (dealafied.co.za) is operated in South Africa. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008.
1. About Us
Dealafied sells new and refurbished laptops, desktops, computer accessories, laptop replacement parts, home gadgets and household goods, sourced from vetted South African suppliers and wholesalers.

2. Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received via one of our secure payment gateways (PayFast, PayPal).
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where a product is listed in error, out of stock, or where fraud is suspected. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded in full.
- It is your responsibility to check that your order and delivery details are correct before completing checkout.
3. Product Information
- We do our best to describe and picture all products accurately. Refurbished items are clearly marked as “Refurb” and may show light cosmetic wear consistent with prior use, but are tested to be fully functional before sale.
- Images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging or colour may vary slightly.
4. Delivery Policy
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa, primarily using The Courier Guy.
- Estimated delivery times are 2–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer.
- Dispatch typically occurs within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed.
- You will receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed; Dealafied is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, load-shedding, or circumstances outside our control.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. Additional delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or nobody being available may incur extra courier fees.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any visible damage to the packaging to the courier and to us within 24 hours.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Please email sales@dealafied.co.za with your order number as soon as possible.
- After dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may make use of our Refund and Returns Policy below once you receive it.
- Cooling-off right: Where a purchase is concluded through direct marketing (e.g. an unsolicited approach, not a purchase you initiated via our website in the ordinary course), you have the right to cancel within 5 business days of receiving the goods, in terms of section 16 of the CPA.
6. Refunds and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
6.1 Change of mind
- You may return an unused, unopened item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is still in a resalable condition.
- Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
6.2 Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@dealafied.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including reasonable return shipping costs), in line with your rights under section 56 of the CPA.
6.3 Refurbished items
- All refurbished computers carry a 3–6 month warranty (as specified on the product listing) covering functional defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.
6.4 How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are paid back via the original payment method within 7–14 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Items must be returned complete, with all accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
6.5 Non-returnable items
- For hygiene and licensing reasons, opened software/game keys and activated digital licences cannot be returned once redeemed, unless faulty.
7. Warranties
- New products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty, where applicable.
- Refurbished computers carry a 3–6 month Dealafied warranty as stated on the product page.
- Warranty claims should be directed to sales@dealafied.co.za with proof of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Dealafied’s liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

Personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process and deliver your order and is not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
